Return & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of purchase , we will gladly exchange the item or refund the original purchase price of the item.

- Returns or exchanges will be concidered within 15 days of purchase
- Product must be like new
- Product must be returned with all documents and manuals
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Please be sure to securely wrap the item in its original package
- Indicate the reason for refund or exchange
- Include a copy of the original invoice with returned items
- Allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing refund processing
